Please, note that citizens of most countries need a visa to enter Russia. Therefore, please, check whether you need it or not. If you need an invitation letter for visa application you can address to the Organizing Committee icacg2018@gmail.com or request an invitation at the hotel where you book a room. Note also that for visa application your passpot must be valid for a minimum period of six months after entering Russia.

Here are some tips how to get to the Conference place.
- The quickest way is to go by car or taxi. Right at the airport of Pulkovo you can order a taxi which will take you to the place of the conference. The address you need is Sankt-Peterburgsky Prospect 34 (Petergof) (https://www.pulkovoairport.ru/en/transport/taxi/). It takes approximately 50 minutes to get to the New Petergof Hotel from the airport by taxi and costs about 1500 roubles.
- Going by public transport is also possible. There is a bus-stop just in front of the Arrivals hall exit. Take a bus 39, 39Э or a route taxi К39 (https://www.pulkovoairport.ru/en/transport/bus/) which will take you to Moskovskaya metro station. Go by subway from Moskovskaya to Tekhnolgicheskiy institut 2 station (the blue line). At Technologicheskiy institut 2 change the line to the red one (Tekhnologicheskiy institut 1) and go to Avtovo station. When you exit the subway cross the road and take a bus 200, 210 or a route taxi K224, K424, K424а, К404, К401, К300. It will take you 40-50 minutes to get to Petergof. Get off at the Torgovaya ploshad or Pravlenskaya bus stop. Hotel New Petrgof is situated near The Church of Peter and Paul.
The currency in Russia: only Roubles are accepted. In the airport you will have to address an exchange office first. You can also pay by a credit card, they are broadly accepted.
